Job Description

Objectives & Outcomes: The Customer Service Coordinator will plan all customer service calls in a manner that meets or exceeds service requirements. The individual will collaborate closely with Paramount Service Techs and subcontractors.

Essential Functions:

  • Promote Paramount’s problem-solving relationship with their client base, maintain daily communication with an allocated set of consumers, and provide quick and immediate service updates.
  • Prioritize incoming service requests and coordinate technician dispatching.
  • Maintain communication with service technicians in order to plan inspections, maintenance, and follow-up work.
  • Follows up and organises appointments for preventive maintenance services.
  • Responsible for upholding a high degree of professionalism with clients and establishing a positive rapport with each caller.
  • Identifies the needs of consumers, clarifies information, investigates every issue, and offers answers and/or alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts follow-up contacts with customers to track and verify satisfactory completion of projects.
  • Examines service work orders for follow-up and accuracy.
  • Handles client concerns, offers appropriate answers and alternatives within the prescribed timeframe, and follows up to assure resolution.
  • Adheres to communication processes, policies, and guidelines.
  • As needed, assists with administrative projects.
  • Participate in a call rotation with other Customer Service Coordinators after normal business hours.


  • Direct mechanical or dispatch experience in a situation involving mechanical repairs to structures or equipment, as well as problem-solving skills in this area.
  • Experience in an office environment is a plus.
  • Conflict mediation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be customer-focused and able to adapt to/respond to various types of individuals throughout the day.
  • Capability to multitask, set priorities, and successfully manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency is a plus.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in a dynamic setting.
