Responsibilities

  • We are looking to fill the role of Service Center Agent I, who will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Return voicemails
  • Put the information into the system.
  • Open mail
  • Examine the faxes.

Qualifications

  • Having completed high school is preferable.
  • Call centre experience of at least one year is preferred.
  • Outstanding abilities in both oral and written communication.
  • It is required that candidates have good interpersonal and motivational skills, the capacity to work independently without supervision, the ability to perform well under pressure, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Exceptionally high standards and meticulous attention to detail, as well as the ability to multitask and stay organised. Exhibits a high level of personal initiative, is action-oriented, and is focused on getting outcomes.
  • Excellent understanding and experience in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Able to type at a rate of more than 50 words per minute
